Starting all Fitness & Propriety Assessments in a Not Started State
Overview
Compliance Officers can notify all employees regarding assigned F&P assessments by clicking the Begin Assessment button. All F&P assessments in a Draft state will transition to the Assessment state and all applicable employees will receive a notification that a Fitness & Propriety Assessment needs to be completed.
User Account Requirements
The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the SMCR Management section.
Navigation
- From the Home screen, click on the Home dropdown menu.

- From the Employees screen, click the F&P Assessments tab.

- From the F&P Assessments screen, click the F&P Management link under the Management Assessments section.

Starting all Fitness & Propriety Assessments in a Not Started State
- From the F&P Management screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Begin Assessment button.

- A Notification banner will appear at the top of the screen, indicating the status of the Begin Assessment function.
Note:
If there are no assessments in the Not Stated state, the Begin Assessment button will not appear.
