Creating an F&P Assessment


Overview

A Compliance Officer can create an F&P (Fitness and Propriety) Assessment to evaluate employees who hold a key role within the firm.


User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the SMCR Management section.


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click on the Home dropdown menu.

  1. Click the SMCR Management link.

  1. From the Employees screen, click the F&P Assessments tab.

  1. From the F&P Assessments screen, click the + Create F&P Assessment button.

Creating a Fitness & Propriety Assessment

  1. From the Create a New Suitability Assessment (UK) screen, enter an employee name in the Employee field and select an employee from the dropdown menu, to assign a fitness and propriety questionnaire to an employee.

  1. Click the Create button.

  1. Click the Begin button to start the assessment and assign the assessment to the employee. Employees will get a system notification that a Fitness & Propriety Assessment is available for them to complete. The assessment will also appear on the employee's My Tasks list.
