Requesting More Information for a Fitness & Propriety Questionnaire
Overview
After a Fitness & Propriety Assessment is sent for review a Compliance Officer can do a final review and complete the assessment.
User Account Requirements
The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the SMCR Management section.
Navigation
- From the Home screen, click on the Home dropdown menu.

- Click the SMCR Management link.

- From the Employees screen, click an F&P Questionnaires tab.

Requesting More Information for a Fitness & Propriety Questionnaire
- From the F&P Questionnaire screen, click a questionnaire within the In Progress section.

- From the F&P Questionnaire screen, review the contents of the questionnaire.
F&P Questionnaire Screen
- Fill out missing information requests or comments that you want the employee to see in the Comments field.
Comments Field
- Click the Request More Information button to return the F&P Questionnaire to the employee.
