Filling out a Fitness and Probity Checklist Assessment
Overview
A Compliance Officer will assign employees a Fitness and Probity assessment checklist to fill out. When a checklist has been assigned to you, the checklist will appear on your My Tasks list on the Home screen. The checklist will be named using Fitness and Probity Checklist followed by the user's name.
Navigation
- From the Home screen, click on the Fitness & Probity Checklist link on the My Tasks section.

- (Optional) Click the Sort or Search link to narrow the My Tasks list down.

Filling Out a Fitness and Probity Checklist Assessment
- From the Fitness and Probity Checklist screen, indicate if the following documents have been obtained or not by clicking either the Attached (obtained) or N/A buttons under the Fitness and Probity Regime - Designated Person Due Diligence section.

- After selecting the Attached button an Attachment field will appear next to the question. Drag and drop the corresponding file into the designated area or click within the designated area and upload a file from the connected PC.
Attachment Field
- From the Conduct Standards section, read the conduct standards and additional conduct standards by clicking on the Common Conduct Standards and Additional Conduct Standards links.

- When you have read and understood the conduct standards, click the corresponding radio buttons to indicate that you have read and understood the conduct standards.
Radio Buttons
- From the Fitness and Probity Standards Attestation section, click the radio button to confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Confirmation Radio Button
- Click the Submit button to return the Fitness and Probity Checklist assessment back to the Compliance Officer.
