Submitting a Request to the Kroll Consulting Team
Overview
Contact your Kroll consulting team directly on any matter requiring regulatory compliance advisory support.
User Account Requirements
The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the Notes to Kroll section.

Navigation
- From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

- Click the Notes to Kroll link.

Submitting a Request to the Kroll Consulting Team
- From the Submit a Request screen, click the Submit button.

- From the Submit a Request to Kroll screen, enter the request subject in the Subject field.

- Enter a description outlining the compliance question or issue in the Description field.

- Include support documentation by dragging and dropping files into the designated area on the Attachments field or select the top proportion of the Attachments field and select a file from the connected PC.

- Click the designated area on the Supporting Documentation field to add a web link. For more information on adding a web link to the project, see the Adding a Web Link article.

(Optional) Click the following icons to edit or delete an image from the request:
- Edit: Click the Edit icon to rename the file.
- Delete: Click the Delete icon to remove the file from the request.

- Click the Submit to Kroll button to submit the question to the Kroll Consulting team.

- The user will get an automated response, indicating that their request was successfully submitted and that they will be notified when a response is available.
