Adding Additional Information to a Kroll Consultant Request


Overview

Compliance Officers can add additional information to a request sent to the Kroll Consultant team.

User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the Notes to Kroll section.


Navigation 

  1. From the Home screen, click the Home dropdown menu.

  1. Click the Notes to Kroll link.

  1. From the Submit a Request screen, click on a Pending Request.

  1. From the Pending Request screen, scroll to the Want to add something? section.

  1. Click the + Create New link.

  1. From the Create a New Comment pop-up, enter additional information in the Comments field.

  1. Click the Create button to add the comment to the request.

  1. The Create a New Comment pop-up will close and log the new comment on the Comment table, listing the Name (comment), Created By (user ID), and Created On (date created).
