Filling out an F&P Questionnaire
Overview
A Compliance Officer will assign employees an F&P (Fitness and Propriety) Questionnaire to fill out. When a questionnaire has been assigned to you, the questionnaire will appear on your My Tasks list on the Home screen. The questionnaire will be named using the user's name, followed by F&P questionnaire.

- From the Home screen, click on the F&P Questionnaire link on the My Tasks section.

- (Optional) Click the Sort or Search link to narrow the My Tasks list down.

Filling out an F&P Questionnaire
- From the F&P Questionnaire screen, select your nature of employment with the firm by selecting an option from the Nature of Employment/Contract dropdown menu.

- Answers the question in each section.
- When you have filled out all the sections to the best of your ability, click the Confirmation radio button if you agree with the terms and conditions.

- Click the Sign Declaration button to sign the F&P Questionnaire, indicating that you agree to all terms and conditions on the questionnaire.
