Assigning a Task


Overview

A Compliance Officer can assign employees to a task within the compliance task list.


User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Kroll's Managed Compliance Software must have Compliance Officer permission to access the Compliance Task List section.


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click on the Home dropdown menu.

  1. Click the Compliance Task List link.

  1. From the Compliance Task Lists screen, click a compliance task list on the In Progress section.

Assigning a Task

  1. From the Compliance Task List screen, scroll to the Reports section.

  1. Click the Task Overview button.

  1. From the Sub Task & Task Overview screen, scroll to the Table section.

  1. Click a Task Unique ID number.

  1. From the Task pop-up, enter an employee name in the Task Owner field and select the employee from the dropdown menu.

  1. (Optional) Select a priority option from the Priority dropdown menu.
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High
    • Urgent

  1. Click the X icon to close the Task pop-up screen. The user will receive an email notification regarding the newly assigned task.
