Viewing Change Log History


Overview

The change log history allows Compliance Officers to audit a request by viewing who, when, and what changes have been made on a request.


User Account Requirements

The user account used to log into Resolver must have Compliance Officer permission to review a request's change log history.


Navigation

  1. From the Home screen, click the Sort link in the My Task section.

  1. From the Sort dropdown menu, select Type to sort requests in the My Tasks section by type.

  1. Click on a Personal Trade Request in the My Task section. Personal trade requests are indicated with a PT and a number, indicating the request number (e.g., PT - 21).

  1. (Optional) If you know the name of the personal trade request, click the Search link and enter the personal trade request name in the Search field.

  1. From the Personal Trade screen, click a personal trade request.

Viewing Change Log History

For illustrative purposes, we will be viewing the change log history for a personal trade request. Other request types (gift/entertainment request) have the same information in the change log history as the personal trade request.

  1. From the Personal Trade Request screen, click the History tab.

  1. From the History screen, the change log information is organized by date and user.
  2. An entry will include the user who made the change, the date and time, and a brief description of what was changed on the request.
