Overview
If you are experiencing unexpected issues with the Property Insurance Valuation Platform Application, clearing the browser cache can help. The following instructions are for Chrome TM and Microsoft Edge TM.
Chrome

Click the Ellipsis icon in the top right corner of the browser.

Click Settings from the More Options dropdown menu.

From the Settings screen enter cache in the Search Settings field.

Click the Clear browsing data link.

From the Clear browsing data pop-up, select All Time from the Time range dropdown menu.

Select the Cached images and files checkbox and deselect the other two checkboxes.

- Click the Clear Data button.

Microsoft Edge

Click the History icon in the top-right corner of your browser.

- Select the Ellipsis icon from the History dropdown menu.

- Click the Clear browsing data link.

- From the Clear browsing data pop-up, select All Time from the Time range dropdown menu.

- Select the Cached images and files checkbox and deselect the other two checkboxes.
